SAMBEAT founded as a company in 1948 being the tooling and molds development our main business. The evolution of the market gave us the opportunity to specialized in the furniture industry offering a wide range of accessories. In 1995, we launched a new production line based on aluminium: extrusion, cutting and machining. This line complemented our comercial offer giving us an overall solution to the major furniture manufacturers. Today we are leading manufacturers of feet and handles for furniture, aluminum profiles, kitchen & bathroom accessories and plastics complements. Our innovation, expertise and quality allow us to work with leading furniture manufacturers nationally and internationally in their new projects. Currently we have 3 manufacturing facilities in the industrial area of Fuente del Jarro in Valencia, which allow us to perform the following processes: o 3D Design and prototyping of parts. o Workshop tooling. o Injection plastic parts up to 3kg. o Plastic thermoforming: Mold maxim size 1.000 x 1.300mm. o Aluminum extrusion, machining and cutting of profiles. o Painting area: special finishes. (rubber, wood, silkscreen, digital printing etc.) o Electrolytic bath. o Packaging and engaged. o Expeditions.
